SETAC Europe 34th Annual Meeting 2024

Our team, consisting of Oliver Warwick, Ros Wildey, Jackie Edwards, Sharanda Francis, Emma Jack, Joanne Vassallo, and Silke Fiebig, is excited to announce our participation in the SETAC Europe 34th Annual Meeting at the Fibes Seville Conference & Exhibition Centre, Seville. The event will take place from 6-9th May, delving into the theme of ‘Science-Based Solutions in Times of Crisis: Integrating Science and Policy for Environmental Challenges’.

Join Vitis Regulatory’s Principal Scientist, Silke Fiebig, on 7th May in the session titled “New Perspectives and Developments in Chemical (Bio)Degradation and Persistence Assessment”.  Don’t miss her poster on discussing “Biodegradable or not? Developing a standardized international approach to assessing the biodegradability of cosmetic formulations”.

Additionally, on May 9th, Environmental Scientist Joanne Vassallo will share her insights during the session titled “Nano and Advanced Materials Safety: Research Progress, Industrial Applications and Regulation”. Join Joanna as she displays her poster on “Global RNA Sequencing of Escherichia coli from Exposure to Nanodiamonds and Carbon Nanotubes with Surface Coatings”.
